Chakra use Rules

Since no one has unlimited Chakra there must be restraints. So i decided on chakra points for rank and how much it costs to use jutsus based on rank as well. It goes a followed.

Amount of Chakra:

Genin - 100 points
Chuunin - 200 points
Special Jounin - 300 points
Jounin - 400 points
Medical Ninja- 500 points
Anbu - 600 points
Hokage - 700 points


Chakra costs per Rank:

E - 10 pionts
D - 20 points
C - 30 points
B - 40 points
A - 50 points
S - 60 points

Now just because you're a Genin and you have 150 chakra does not mean that you can use S-rank jutsu. Every rank can only use jutsu of their own rank or one rank higher.

also im going to add this in the major rules as well but i would like you to use spoilers when you use a jutsu and to show how much chakra  you have out of total like -
