New Kage for the village.

Once we get enough people in our village I will create a tally for each person. The tallies are gained through favorable interactions with the Kage. Meetings, accepting missions, gift giving and such. Whoever has 50 first, will be granted rank of Mizukage and I will step down from my spot to join another rank of my choosing. Sorry for the people already interacting with me. The like tally will start the moment we get a sufficient amount of people.
